What You’ll Do
⦁ Lead the in-house Creative & Content Studio and define the visual identity, voice, and brand experience across all touchpoints
⦁ Hire, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of designers, copywriters, and producers, building a culture of creativity and accountability
⦁ Oversee high-volume creative output including shoots, social campaigns, product launches, eCommerce, retail, and medical sales materials
⦁ Translate complex science and clinical concepts into compelling stories for HCP audiences, patients, and consumers
⦁ Manage agencies, freelancers, and creators, deciding what to keep in-house vs outsource to maximize quality and speed
⦁ Build creative operations: processes, tools, resources, capacity planning, and consistent brand standards
⦁ Own creative budget management ($500K+), vendor negotiation, and contracts, plus ROI tracking on creative investments
⦁ Partner with Brand leadership to forecast needs, allocate resources, and deliver on time, on budget, and on brand
What You Need
⦁ 10+ years of creative/design leadership across both consumer and healthcare/medical marketing
⦁ Proven experience building, mentoring, and scaling teams
⦁ A portfolio showing standout storytelling across digital, social, retail, and B2B channels
⦁ Strong hands-on creative ability alongside strategic leadership and stakeholder influence
⦁ Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and creators with strong judgment and standards
⦁ Comfort navigating regulated categories; FDA/medical compliance experience strongly preferred (not required)
⦁ Experience overseeing video editing, motion graphics, and web design/UX
⦁ Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and project management software
⦁ Fast-paced, high-growth mindset with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach
Benefits
⦁ Salary range: $129,140–$180,000 (OTE includes base plus variable component)
