What You’ll Do
⦁ Translate scientific and clinical data into clear, engaging, compliant copy for healthcare professional audiences
⦁ Build messaging frameworks, campaigns, and science narratives across brochures, detail aids, decks, leave-behinds, and training materials
⦁ Write for HCP digital channels including website, email, social, and event collateral, plus science decks and thought leadership for KOL and clinical audiences
⦁ Occasionally craft consumer-facing science storytelling for the brand website, organic social, and PR narratives/releases
⦁ Own scientific accuracy, sourcing, and claim referencing, keeping citations consistent and reliable
⦁ Participate in MLR review, defending copy intent while aligning with Medical and Regulatory teams
⦁ Collaborate with design, brand, and medical partners to align copy, visuals, tone of voice, and message consistency
What You Need
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a science-related field (advanced degree or strong science literacy is a plus)
⦁ 6–10 years of copywriting experience in healthcare, medical nutrition, or life sciences (HCP or medical creative agency background strongly preferred)
⦁ Proven experience writing in regulated categories with proper citation and referencing standards
⦁ Strong narrative-building skills: persuasive arcs supported by evidence, not hype
⦁ Research-forward mindset with meticulous attention to detail, editing, and compliance
⦁ Comfort collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment, and working independently when needed

⦁ Salary range: $83,000–$93,000 (OTE includes base plus variable component)
