Requires working West Coast hours.
Must be available for core business hours (8am–5pm EST), varied shifts, and holidays as needed.
Home setup required: quiet private workspace and reliable high-speed (25+ Mbps) wired internet.

What You’ll Do
⦁ Support customers via phone, webform, and chat with accurate, empathetic communication
⦁ Answer eCommerce questions and share product information, guiding customers to the right resolution
⦁ Identify issues quickly, determine the best course of action, and resolve efficiently
⦁ Use Customer Care platforms to assist customers and capture relevant data (Salesforce is a plus)
⦁ Meet or exceed performance expectations for customer satisfaction, quality, and resolution time
⦁ Contribute ideas to improve team processes and strengthen the customer experience
What You Need
⦁ Bachelor’s degree (English, Spanish, Communication Studies, Humanities) or equivalent experience
⦁ 0–1 year customer service experience (healthcare, wellness, or mission-driven experience is a plus)
⦁ Comfortable learning new tools quickly; strong technical aptitude
⦁ Excellent written and verbal communication with strong problem-solving skills
⦁ Empathetic, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
⦁ Able to manage shifting priorities, meet deadlines, and stay focused during peak volume
⦁ Ability to lift up to 12 pounds and sit at a computer for extended periods

⦁ Pay: $24.00–$26.00/hour (OTE includes base plus variable component)
