Remote team environment with case management and phone support responsibilities (specific hours and time zone expectations shared during hiring).

What You’ll Do

⦁ Field incoming cases and phone calls to identify and resolve issues inside UKG Workforce Ready client builds
⦁ Troubleshoot customer configurations using knowledge bases, manuals, and internal resources to deliver timely solutions
⦁ Triage cases by severity and manage a caseload aligned to SLAs and department goals
⦁ Document clear troubleshooting steps and customer interactions for continuity and reporting
⦁ Partner with teammates to solve problems, share trending issues, and recommend best practices
⦁ Build relationships with client admins by reviewing case history and showing strong system familiarity

What You Need

⦁ 2+ years of customer support experience
⦁ Proven experience troubleshooting technical issues
⦁ UKG Workforce Ready experience (1+ year preferred) and/or HCM system knowledge
⦁ Payroll experience, including understanding employer and employee tax laws (federal, state, local)
⦁ Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
⦁ Working knowledge of operating systems, networking technologies/protocols, and software applications
⦁ Comfortable collaborating on a remote team and communicating clearly
