Schedule
- Full-time, remote (eligible states: AR, AZ, FL, GA, MO, NC, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA)
- Team culture is fully virtual with daily support through Slack and Google Meet
- Training (paid): 3 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM ET
- Post-training shifts (ET, based on business need):
- Shift A: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM ET
- Shift B: 10:30 AM–7:00 PM ET
- Shift C: 12:30 PM–9:00 PM ET
- Workspace requirements: private, quiet space + reliable internet (80 Mbps down / 8 Mbps up minimum)
What You’ll Do
⦁ Speak with past-due cardholders by phone, understand their situation, and guide them toward repayment options
⦁ Use multiple systems at once to manage accounts, document interactions, and stay accurate in real time
⦁ Identify root causes of delinquency while treating customers with dignity and respect
⦁ Negotiate repayment solutions that work for both the customer and the business
⦁ Follow policies and regulatory requirements while delivering consistent, high-quality service
What You Need
⦁ 1+ year of experience in a customer-focused, solutions-oriented role
⦁ Proven negotiation and influence skills, including overcoming objections
⦁ Strong written and verbal communication
⦁ Calm, steady composure in hard conversations, including de-escalation skills
⦁ Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
⦁ Growth mindset with openness to coaching and feedback
