- Remote, full time
- Eastern Time zone schedule
- Monday through Friday, availability required between 9:00am–6:00pm
What You’ll Do
⦁ Answer and triage incoming phone calls, app messages, voicemails, and after-hours communications for current and new patients
⦁ Support patient scheduling: book appointments, follow up on no-shows and cancellations, handle schedule reshuffles, and work through appointment ticklers
⦁ Support central communications intake and follow-up across multiple channels and stakeholders, including external provider offices and referral requests
What You Need
⦁ 2+ years of medical receptionist or customer service experience and/or training
⦁ Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to solve practical problems in real time
⦁ Ability to multitask confidently in a high-volume, multi-practice environment
