Firstsource supports client operations through specialized teams that help improve outcomes and customer experience, including healthcare collections. In this role, you’ll represent hospital and physician office clients while helping reduce outstanding accounts receivable through compliant, patient-friendly payment solutions.

Schedule
• Monday through Friday
• Remote, U.S. (work-from-home, virtual call center environment)
• Must maintain a confidential and orderly remote workspace
• High-incentive performance environment with daily and monthly goals

What You’ll Do
⦁ Maneuver between multiple software systems to document accurate account history while maintaining confidentiality
⦁ Take inbound calls from patients who want to pay or set up payment arrangements within client guidelines
⦁ Place outbound calls to patients who have not established payment plans and negotiate compliant arrangements
⦁ Help update and verify debtor contact information in client systems
⦁ Work in a virtual team to hit daily productivity targets (calls handled and dollars collected) and monthly collection goals
⦁ Stay current on FDCPA, federal collection laws, and company compliance expectations
⦁ Support additional projects as assigned and follow company policies and the Code of Conduct

What You Need
⦁ High school diploma or equivalent (required)
⦁ Customer service experience (6+ months) and comfort communicating professionally in phone and virtual chat environments
⦁ Collections experience (preferred)
⦁ Ability to stay on task with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities
⦁ Strong time management and organizational skills, with initiative and creativity in problem-solving
⦁ Solid PC skills with typing speed of 30–40 WPM
