Schedule
• 100% remote within the U.S.
• Sun–Thurs, 12:00pm to 8:00pm ET
• 32 to 40 hours per week
• Quiet, private workspace and reliable internet required

What You’ll Do
• Coordinate lab orders, prescription refills, and prior authorizations accurately and quickly
• Manage faxed requests, medical documentation, and patient forms while staying compliant with healthcare regulations
• Communicate provider updates and care recommendations to patients with professionalism and empathy
• Support patients via phone, email, and in-app messaging with timely, accurate responses
• Help with scheduling, telehealth logistics, and care plan questions
• Ensure accurate relay of sensitive patient information between providers, patients, and internal teams
• Learn and follow Allara’s clinical workflows to support providers efficiently
• Provide personalized help so patients feel guided, not dumped into a system

What You Need
• 1.5+ years in a support role (medical reception, patient coordination, telehealth support, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to build rapport in sensitive conversations
• High attention to detail and comfort handling medical requests without dropping steps
• Creative problem-solving and strong organization in a fast-paced environment
• Solid technical skills and comfort juggling multiple systems with sensitive data
• EHR familiarity and medical reception experience preferred
• Reliable, private workspace for confidential patient communications
