This is your “get in the door” role in insurance without needing a license. If you’re calm on the phone, sharp with details, and can keep communication tight in Slack, you’ll be the first voice clients hear and the reason issues get routed fast.

Full-time, W2, remote. Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
What You’ll Do
⦁ Answer all inbound phone calls as the primary point of contact
⦁ Greet callers professionally and identify the purpose of the call
⦁ Take accurate, detailed messages and document them clearly
⦁ Use Slack as the main internal communication tool to relay messages and updates
⦁ Transfer calls to the appropriate licensed agent or department when needed
What You Need
⦁ No prior professional or insurance experience required
⦁ Comfortable using a computer and learning new tools quickly
⦁ Strong working knowledge of Slack (required)
⦁ Clear, professional verbal communication skills in English
⦁ Ability to work full-time hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
⦁ Genuine interest in starting a career in the insurance industry
⦁ Bilingual Spanish is a plus
