Schedule
Full-time, remote. Office-hours phone and messaging triage support as part of the clinical care team.
What You’ll Do
⦁ Serve as the first line of clinical communication for patient calls and messages within protocols
⦁ Administer injections and medications as needed
⦁ Provide direct care for minor check-in visits and lab draws when required
⦁ Educate patients and provide supporting paperwork and guidance
⦁ Support clinic flow as backup for MAs when needed
⦁ Maintain logs, support room cleaning and instrument sterilization
⦁ Obtain and transcribe patient medical records and handle additional workflow needs
What You Need
⦁ Current certification as a Tennessee Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
⦁ 2+ years of outpatient experience preferred
⦁ Strong communication, organization, and patient relationship skills
⦁ Solid computer skills and familiarity with EMRs
⦁ Bilingual skills preferred, with Spanish strongly preferred (open to other languages)
⦁ Lactation certification (IBCLC, CLC, CLE) is a plus, not required
