Schedule
Full-time, remote. Must be available Monday–Friday between 9:00am–6:00pm Eastern Time.
What You’ll Do
⦁ Provide overflow support to multiple practices by answering incoming calls and messages
⦁ Triage phone calls and app messages from current patients and support new patient call intake
⦁ Respond to voicemail and after-hours messages and handle communication follow-ups
⦁ Schedule appointments, manage no-show/cancellation outreach, and support schedule reshuffles
⦁ Work through appointment ticklers and support central communications intake across channels
⦁ Coordinate with external offices and stakeholders, including referral requests
What You Need
⦁ Bilingual communication skills (role requires bilingual support)
⦁ 2+ years of medical receptionist and/or customer service experience (or equivalent training)
⦁ Strong communication, empathy, and patient-first mindset
⦁ Ability to solve practical problems and stay organized in busy situations
⦁ Comfort multitasking while keeping details accurate
