Schedule
Full-time, remote (USA). Assigned a geographic territory with a defined Ideal Customer Profile. Enterprise sales cycles typically run 6–9 months. Compensation is base salary plus commission.
What You’ll Do
⦁ Acquire new customers and drive expansion within existing accounts
⦁ Manage deals ranging from $35K to $300K, with an average deal size around $75K
⦁ Build and execute a territory plan targeting roughly 200 key accounts with SDR partnership
⦁ Run consultative discovery, build tailored solutions, and negotiate contracts through close
⦁ Co-sell effectively with Sales Engineers, Professional Services, and Channel Partners
⦁ Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene while driving consistent outbound activity
What You Need
⦁ 5–7 years of sales experience with a proven track record closing deals of similar size/complexity
⦁ Strong command of structured sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, Value Selling, Command of the Message)
⦁ Confidence hunting: outbound prospecting, lead generation, and multi-threading accounts
⦁ Experience working in startups/scale-ups and/or enterprise environments (Salesforce, Oracle, SAP style rigor)
⦁ Industry experience selling supply chain or data management platforms, ideally into F&B, CPG, or manufacturing
⦁ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
