Schedule
Full-time, remote (USA). Regular customer cadence calls (weekly/monthly) and Quarterly Business Reviews. Some travel to customer sites may be required.
What You’ll Do
⦁ Serve as the primary post-implementation relationship owner from adoption through renewal
⦁ Run proactive outreach, check-ins, and data-rich QBRs to drive value and satisfaction
⦁ Monitor usage metrics and customer health scores to catch risk early and prevent churn
⦁ Drive adoption of platform features and confidently demo the standard Specright platform when needed
⦁ Partner cross-functionally with Support, Sales, Product, and Leadership to resolve needs and influence roadmap
⦁ Lead renewal and expansion strategy across your customer portfolio, supporting upsell and cross-sell plays
⦁ Keep Salesforce and customer success reporting updated for dashboards and leadership visibility
What You Need
⦁ 5+ years in a customer-facing SaaS role (Customer Success, Account Management, or similar)
⦁ Strong ability to connect product capabilities to business value and customer outcomes
⦁ Confidence navigating complex orgs and building champion and stakeholder relationships
⦁ Excellent communication and presentation skills, including leading QBRs
⦁ Comfort handling both technical and strategic conversations without getting lost in either
⦁ Experience with Salesforce and customer success tools
⦁ BA/BS required; manufacturing, packaging, consumer goods, or supply chain experience preferred
