Schedule
• Monday–Friday
• Remote, virtual call center environment
• Must maintain a confidential, orderly work-from-home setup

What You’ll Do
• Work across multiple software systems, documenting accurate account notes while maintaining confidentiality
• Help obtain and update patient contact information in client systems
• Take inbound calls from patients needing help making payments on medical accounts
• Make outbound calls to patients who have not set up payments or arrangements
• Negotiate payment arrangements within each hospital or physician office’s guidelines
• Offer suggestions/resources to help patients find ways to pay their balance
• Hit daily productivity goals (calls made/received and dollars collected)
• Contribute to monthly dollars-collected goals
• Work in a highly incented environment with weekly contests and incentives
• Stay current on FDCPA and company compliance requirements and follow federal collection laws
• Follow company policies, code of conduct, and compliance program expectations
• Support other projects as assigned

What You Need
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Collections experience preferred
• 6 months customer service experience
• Strong communication skills with patients, coworkers, and management (phone + virtual chat)
• Professional, courteous demeanor at all times
• Ability to stay on task with minimal supervision
• Initiative, creativity, and strong time management
• Typing: 30–40 WPM and solid PC skills
• Comfortable sitting for extended periods
