What You’ll Do
• Provide high-quality customer support via email and chat
• Troubleshoot user issues, identify root causes, and deliver proactive solutions
• Resolve support requests quickly while protecting customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and keep support aligned with customer needs
• Document recurring issues and user feedback to improve product experience
• Build strong relationships with users so they feel supported and valued
• Track performance against metrics like response time, resolution rate, CSAT, and user feedback

What You Need
• Customer support experience in SaaS, or strong SaaS knowledge with a self-starter mindset
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-first approach
• Ability to stay organized and juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools and workflows
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Familiarity with tools like Gist, Slack, Jira (or similar support and collaboration tools)
