Schedule
• Full-time, fully remote
• Must be available weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
• Shift-based scheduling with rotating shifts and days off
• Must be willing to work overtime, holidays, and emergency shifts as required

What You’ll Do
• Handle Tier 2 escalations and advanced customer issues across billing, subscriptions, and technical troubleshooting
• Support customers via phone and online channels, including email and social media
• Use tools and technology to diagnose issues quickly and deliver timely, accurate resolutions
• Strive for one-call resolution and strong customer satisfaction and retention
• Stay current on product updates, policy changes, and known technical issues through ongoing training
• Engage professionally on social platforms, managing posts and customer interactions with care and consistency
• Use judgment and follow-through to resolve issues and meet customer needs

What You Need
• High school diploma or GED
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience handling escalations from Tier 1 agents
• Experience using social media platforms for customer engagement
• Strong customer service and phone skills with excellent interpersonal communication
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong judgment and consistent follow-through
• Reliable attendance (punctual, regular, consistent)
