Schedule
• Fully remote
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm PT
• Time zone: Pacific Time (role aligned to PT operations)

What You’ll Do
• Walk clients through the One Legal platform to complete tasks and solve issues efficiently
• Handle client inquiries with clear verbal and written communication, using active listening to uncover what they really need
• Keep client records accurate and up to date in Salesforce
• Own your learning, take coaching well, and communicate consistently with your manager
• Advocate for clients by reviewing materials and sharing feedback to internal teams
• Represent the client voice to support product improvements and better workflows
• Track and respond to key KPIs to deliver reliable, high-quality client service
• Use new technology and process improvements to increase efficiency and service quality
• Help with onboarding new team members and maintaining consistent support standards
• Use de-escalation skills to reduce delays and keep clients moving forward
• Follow policies and participate in team discussions to improve communication and consistency

What You Need
• 2+ years of customer support experience (call center preferred)
• 2+ years using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
• SaaS support experience is a plus, especially in legal services
• Experience with phone systems (DialPad preferred)
• 1+ year of legal or litigation support preferred
• High school diploma required (additional education or equivalent experience valued)
• Strong multitasking ability, empathy, composure under pressure, and a team-first mindset
