What You’ll Do
• Learn InfoTrack’s legal tech solutions inside and out, staying current on new features and updates
• Support law firm clients by phone, email, and chat, answering product and service questions clearly and confidently
• Troubleshoot software issues, provide technical guidance, and help clients use the platform effectively
• Track support cases through resolution and escalate to technical leads or other teams when needed
• Maintain accurate, detailed records of client interactions and requests
• Use tools like Salesforce, Dialpad, and internal systems to track orders and client activity
• Collect feedback, pain points, and suggestions to help improve products and client experience
• Stay accountable to KPIs like average handle time, contacts per day, and customer satisfaction scores
• Collaborate cross-functionally and jump in on any tasks that support customer satisfaction and team success

What You Need
• 2+ years of customer support experience (phone, email, and chat), internships count
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort learning new software quickly and explaining it in plain language
• Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with a CRM like Salesforce or Zendesk preferred
• Legal services industry knowledge preferred
• Passion for technology and helping others use it
