What You’ll Do

⦁ Call and text patients referred by partner physicians as their first point of contact with Cadence, explaining the program and answering questions.
⦁ Clearly communicate program details, benefits, expected outcomes, responsibilities, and overall value so patients understand why enrollment matters.
⦁ Facilitate virtual patient enrollments and schedule follow-up appointments with the Cadence Care team.
⦁ Build rapport and trust with patients, overcoming objections and nurturing respectful, long-term relationships.
⦁ Follow established scripts to meet quality assurance standards while adapting your communication style to connect authentically with each patient.
⦁ Balance high-quality patient interactions with productivity targets, documenting all outreach and outcomes in CRM tools.

What You Need

⦁ Experience working in a healthcare services organization with accountability for performance metrics.
⦁ Prior experience handling a high volume of outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
⦁ Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to guide patients toward informed decisions.
⦁ Proven ability to maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
⦁ Comfort using CRM platforms and digital tools for documentation and follow-up.
⦁ Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a passion for delivering an outstanding patient experience.
⦁ Skill in building strong phone-based relationships and overcoming objections in a respectful, empathetic way.
⦁ Ability to thrive in a results-driven, autonomous environment built on trust, open communication, and constructive feedback.
