⦁ Fully remote role; must reside in one of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI.
⦁ Full-time position in a phone and computer based office environment.
⦁ Work involves significant time spent reviewing documents, entering applications, and communicating with dealers and customers.

What You’ll Do

⦁ Process and review stipulation documents to ensure they meet company requirements and support timely funding decisions.
⦁ Learn and apply company stipulation policies, identifying documents and situations that require supervisor review or higher-level approval.
⦁ Communicate regularly with dealers by phone and email to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide clear information on stipulations and credit decisions.
⦁ Partner with management to build your underwriting skills and progress toward higher levels of decision authority.
⦁ Verify loan terms with new customers, answer customer service calls, and process customer payments over the phone when needed.
⦁ Help maintain and grow business by building strong, ongoing dealer relationships and supporting cross-department functions as needed.
⦁ Perform other credit and customer support duties as assigned by management.

What You Need

⦁ Associate’s degree in business, finance, communications, marketing, or a related field OR at least 1 year of experience in underwriting or lending.
⦁ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet tools.
⦁ Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow policies, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
⦁ Clear verbal and written communication skills and a professional, service-oriented approach.
⦁ Ability to take direction, collaborate with others, and adapt productively to changes in workflow or priorities.
