Schedule
⦁ Fully remote role; must reside in one of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI.
⦁ Standard shifts with two evening shifts per week: 12pm–9pm CST and 10am–7pm CST.
⦁ One Saturday shift every 5 weeks.
⦁ Office is headquartered in Rothschild, WI; work environment is phone and computer based.

What You’ll Do

⦁ Handle inbound calls from customers with questions about their accounts, statements, interest, and payment options, delivering clear, professional support.
⦁ Process routine phone payments and guide customers to self-service tools like the online portal and IVR to encourage one-call resolution.
⦁ Identify delinquent or at-risk accounts and route callers to the appropriate internal teams for assistance.
⦁ Complete administrative tasks such as working reports, managing emails, and supporting in-office tasks as needed.
⦁ Support new hire training by allowing team members to shadow you, sharing best practices, and reporting progress to management.
⦁ Perform other customer service and support duties as assigned by management.

What You Need

⦁ Associate’s degree in business, finance, communications, marketing, or a related field OR equivalent relevant work experience.
⦁ Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, internet navigation, and email, plus fast and accurate typing.
⦁ Professional phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
⦁ Confident persuasion and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle stressful conversations using tact and diplomacy.
⦁ Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow directions, meet deadlines, and stay focused in a high-volume environment.
