Their check-in and care management services help patients better understand their conditions, stay engaged between visits, and avoid unnecessary hospitalizations. As a Care Ambassador, you’ll be on the front lines of that mission—bringing patients into programs that can truly change their day-to-day lives.
Schedule
- Remote, 1099 contractor role
- Must reside in: Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, Arizona, Utah, or Nevada
- Weekdays only, work must be completed between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. ET
- Minimum availability: 20–25 hours per week
- Phone-based, outbound call environment
What You’ll Do
- Call Medicare patients using CircleLink’s enrollment software (target of about 15 calls per hour)
- Clearly explain program benefits, eligibility, and how the monthly check-in program works
- Answer patient questions with empathy and accuracy, helping them feel informed and comfortable
- Motivate patients to enroll, using strong closing skills to overcome objections when needed
- Document every call and patient interaction thoroughly and accurately in the system
- Track recurring questions, issues, and feedback and share with management
- Stay current on program details, outreach best practices, and any updates to scripts or workflows
What You Need
- At least 2 years of outbound phone sales experience
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Proven closing skills and comfort working in a metrics-driven environment
- Experience in outbound sales, Medicare, healthcare enrollment, or patient outreach is highly desired
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Tech savvy and comfortable learning and using new software tools
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving ability during live calls
- Patient-first mindset with the ability to quickly build trust and rapport
- Self-directed, able to work independently and consistently meet performance targets
- High attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation
Benefits
- Compensation: 20 dollars per hour
- Performance-based bonus: 200 dollars after 60 days of employment, based on performance
