Schedule
- Full time, remote role based in the US
- Core hours: 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST
- Must have reliable high-speed internet: at least 200 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
- Work with phone and computer tools throughout the day
- Expected to consistently meet support and productivity KPIs
What You’ll Do
- Support customers via phone, email, fax, and mail, answering questions and resolving issues
- Look up account details, update customer profiles, and keep records accurate and organized
- Troubleshoot order, shipment, return, credit, and product issues and see them through to resolution
- Escalate specialized or complex questions to the right internal teams when needed (for example Audiology or technical product support)
- Handle complaints with urgency and professionalism, aiming for a clear, satisfactory outcome
- Work with other departments to keep the overall customer experience smooth and consistent
- Meet or exceed performance targets for quality, responsiveness, and efficiency
What You Need
- 2+ years of B2B customer service experience or 3+ years of B2C customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and active listening
- Comfort handling a steady flow of calls and tasks while staying calm and professional
- Experience using SAP for at least 2 years; Salesforce experience is a plus
- Solid skills with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail, empathy, and good follow through on open issues
- Comfortable asking questions and collaborating with internal teams
- Conversational Spanish is preferred but not required
