As an SDR with Wing, you’ll be on the front line of that mission, opening doors and creating pipeline.

What You’ll Do
- Contact potential and existing customers across multiple channels to build a steady pipeline of qualified leads
- Engage prospects, build rapport, and uncover whether Wing’s services are a fit for their needs
- Schedule and coordinate sales demos and meetings for the closing team
- Set up and maintain CRM records or contact lists, keeping data clean and current
- Align daily outreach and lead-gen activity with the overall sales strategy and goals
- Track and report on key sales metrics and team performance
- Create, send, and collect customer surveys, summarizing results into simple reports
- Handle basic customer inquiries and complaints as the first point of contact
- Support general administrative and ad hoc sales-related tasks as needed
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree or certificate in any field
- At least 1 year of sales experience with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas
- Strong relationship-building skills and comfort managing customer conversations
- Excellent written and spoken English (C1 level or higher)
- Confident on the phone, over email, and via instant messaging
- Solid organizational and time management skills; able to juggle multiple leads and tasks
- Tech savvy and comfortable with cloud tools, CRM platforms, and VoIP
- Experience with MS Office (especially Word and Excel)
- Familiarity with online calendars and scheduling tools (Google Calendar or similar)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and confident working independently in a remote environment
- Home office setup that meets tech requirements (headset, webcam, reliable computer and internet)

Compensation:
