Schedule

- US business hours (20–40 hours per week)

What You’ll Do
- Upload videos and graphics, keep brand accounts updated, and manage online reviews
- Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
- Ensure consistent branding across all digital channels and assets
- Create promos and events to drive engagement and conversions
- Manage contact databases and support lead generation activities
- Research influencers, complementary products, and businesses for partnerships
- Help set up and manage affiliate programs, including payouts and communication
- Track KPIs, adjust bids and budgets, and review keyword performance
- Analyze audience data and help shape content strategy with internal teams
- Build reports on campaign performance and recommend improvements
- Research competitor tactics and trends, and bring back actionable insights
- Support SEO efforts, including keyword research
- Handle light admin tasks tied to campaigns and reporting
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in any field or a marketing/business-related certification
- 2+ years in social media or 1–2 years in digital marketing
- Proven content writing or copywriting experience
- Comfortable working in content management systems
- Strong written and spoken English (B2 level or higher)
- Solid time management and organization skills
- Understanding of layouts, typography, print, and web basics
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, or InDesign
- A portfolio that shows a range of creative projects and campaigns
- Reliable home tech setup: headset, webcam, capable computer, and stable internet

Pay range:
- Entry level (1–3 years): up to $3,200/month
- Intermediate (3–5 years): up to $4,000/month
- Expert (5+ years): up to $5,000/month
