Schedule
- Full time, remote role based in the United States
- Standard business hours with some flexibility depending on business needs
- Collaborates daily with Fulfillment, Supply Chain, and Accounting teams
- Occasional virtual meetings across time zones
What You’ll Do
- Process daily receipts for inbound purchase orders in NetSuite (ERP)
- Reconcile receiving data, resolving shortages, overages, and discrepancies on incoming shipments
- Communicate resolution outcomes to Fulfillment, Supply Chain, and Accounting stakeholders
- Investigate and resolve invoicing issues related to pricing and receipt errors
- Administer regular inventory management processes and controls for Hungryroot warehouses
- Maintain accurate records of receipts, adjustments, and corrections within ERP and related tools
- Support continuous improvement of inventory workflows and reporting
What You Need
- At least 1 year of experience in purchasing, supply chain, operations, or a related role
- At least 1 year of experience with a WMS or ERP system, or a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- 2+ years of intermediate to advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, filters, data analysis)
- Experience with ERP software such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar (NetSuite preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large data sets and reconciliations
- Clear communication skills with the ability to partner across teams
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
