Schedule
- Full time, remote role from one of LINQ’s eligible US states
- If you live near Austin, TX, you can work hybrid with three days per week in the office
- Standard weekday schedule with flexibility based on business needs
- Limited travel during high demand seasons may be required
What You’ll Do
- Provide friendly, professional technical support to LINQ Nutrition customers by phone, email, and chat
- Build rapport with school district users while troubleshooting issues in the Nutrition product suite
- Act as a product consultant, helping customers navigate features and solve real world workflow problems
- Log and track all customer interactions in Salesforce
- Document software defects and enhancement requests for the development team
- Help create and update training documents, help guides, and internal reference materials
- Stay current on all LINQ Nutrition products using available training resources
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience and resolve complex issues
What You Need
- Strong discretion and independent judgment when working with customer data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Solid computer skills with Microsoft Office products
- Experience in software or technical support, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Customer support or service background and a passion for problem solving
- Patience and emotional intelligence in high stress situations
- Reliable, schedule driven work habits and follow through
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred
- K-12 or school district experience and/or accounting knowledge is a plus
