Schedule
- Full-time, remote role based in the United States
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST
- Hourly position with potential overtime as business needs require
- Work with a distributed team across multiple US time zones
What You’ll Do
- Respond to incoming customer requests with care, accuracy, and empathy
- Troubleshoot product and technical issues, walking users through clear next steps
- Use the CRM/ticketing system to log every contact and resolution for reporting and analysis
- Translate user feedback into clear insights for Product and Operations teams
- Investigate and resolve more complex issues instead of simply escalating them
- Maintain high standards for response times, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Learn Abridge’s platform and features so you can serve as a trusted product resource
What You Need
- 2+ years in a Tier 1 or Lead customer support/service role, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain troubleshooting in simple terms
- High comfort with computers, web tools, and CRM/ticketing systems
- Extremely organized, able to juggle multiple tickets and priorities without losing details
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing startup environment
- Bonus: experience with privacy-sensitive systems (healthcare is a plus) and rigorous tracking in CRM tools
