Schedule
- Fully remote, United States based role
- Full time position supporting internal and external users
- On call rotation required after hours
- Weekend and holiday work required at times to meet client demand
What You’ll Do
- Provide technical support to internal and external users across software, hardware, and system issues
- Respond to tickets, emails, and other support requests in a timely, professional manner
- Escalate more advanced or complex issues to senior technicians or specialized teams when needed
- Create, update, and maintain knowledgebase articles that document processes, fixes, and procedures
- Troubleshoot Windows desktop environments and related applications
- Read and follow technical manuals and procedural documentation to resolve issues
- Participate in an on call rotation, including occasional weekend and holiday coverage
- Handle other support duties as assigned to keep users productive and systems stable
What You Need
- High school diploma plus CompTIA A+ certification, or equivalent hands on work experience
- Strong desktop support skills, especially with Windows systems
- Excellent listening skills and clear written and verbal communication
- Experience working remote or supporting remote users is preferred
- Ability to understand and follow technical manuals, documentation, and procedures
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable handling multiple requests and priorities at once
