Schedule
- Remote role based in North America or Canada
- Full-time position
- Standard business hours, with some flexibility depending on projects and webinars
- Cross-functional work with Marketing, Product, Sales, Support, and external partners
What You’ll Do
- Support the customer education roadmap, including webinars, help center content, and organized resource libraries
- Help plan, promote, and produce live and on-demand webinars (scheduling, speaker prep, reminders, follow-up recaps)
- Partner with Insights, Product Marketing, and Sales to develop case studies, testimonials, and customer success stories
- Help create, update, and maintain Help Center articles and self-service tools for onboarding and ongoing product education
- Collaborate with associations and 20 groups to source educational topics and partnership opportunities
- Research and draft content ideas that answer customer questions, showcase platform value, and drive engagement
- Track engagement with educational content and share insights to refine topics, formats, and channels
- Coordinate with Product, Sales, and Support to keep content aligned with broader go-to-market initiatives
- Support event teams with educational session outlines, workshop content, or panel prep when needed
What You Need
- Strong writing and storytelling ability, with a focus on clarity, relevance, and audience value
- Solid project management skills and comfort juggling multiple deadlines at once
- Experience or comfort with webinar tools, CMS, or content management platforms (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
- High attention to detail, solid organization, and follow-through
- Passion for content that educates, simplifies, and drives customer engagement
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, customer education, or communications
- Experience in B2B marketing or working with associations or dealerships is a plus
