What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage multiple client deployment projects from discovery through go-live and post-launch support
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and aligned with client expectations
- Facilitate internal and client meetings, capturing action items, risks, and next steps
- Provide clear weekly status reports and monthly readiness presentations to client stakeholders
- Track project milestones, identify roadblocks, and escalate risks or issues before they impact go-live
- Balance timelines, scope, and constraints while keeping focus on outcomes and client success
What You Need
- Proven experience managing multiple projects end-to-end in an official Project Management role within IT, technology, or healthcare
- Background in healthcare revenue cycle management is preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and executive presence in client-facing environments
- Ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Comfortable working with distributed, global teams and cross-cultural communication
- Solid skills in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) for planning, tracking, and reporting
- Highly organized, proactive, and confident asking clarifying questions and driving accountability
