- Fully remote within the United States
- Training: 4 days, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST
- Production: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST; Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST
- Expect a mix of weekday and Saturday hours
What You’ll Do
- Conduct outbound calls in English and Spanish to individuals who may qualify for Medicaid, following approved scripts and compliance rules
- Take a consultative approach on each call, listening and responding to concerns instead of hard selling
- Verify eligibility details by gathering demographic, household, and income information
- Explain Medicaid benefits, enrollment steps, documentation needs, and key timelines in plain language
- Help members complete applications or guide them to the right resources when needed
- Document all interactions and outcomes accurately in CRM or eligibility systems
- Spot barriers such as missing documents, confusion, or language needs and either solve or escalate them
- Protect member privacy by following HIPAA and state or federal regulations
- Promote a positive experience by showing empathy, patience, and professionalism, especially with underserved populations
- Hit performance targets around call volume, quality, first call resolution, and enrollment goals
- Log and honor do not contact and opt out requests
What You Need
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, scheduling, or retention with strong objection handling
- Clear communication skills and a professional phone presence
- Comfort working with goals, metrics, and structured workflows
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and keep the interaction positive
- Strong listening, problem solving, and decision making skills
- Reliable home setup where you can focus and work independently while still collaborating with a virtual team
