Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM CT
- One late shift per week extending to 7:00 PM CT
- Start times typically between 8:00–8:45 AM CT, based on business needs
- Flexibility required: shifts may adjust by up to one hour earlier or later as needed
- Quiet, distraction-free home workspace required
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls from providers, patients, billing services, and insurance adjusters regarding medical claims and services
- Log call details and claim information into CCC’s proprietary medical bill review system with accuracy
- Work across multiple systems and applications to research, resolve, and document claim-related questions
- Provide clear explanations of benefits, services, and reimbursement procedures
- Maintain high service standards while handling a high volume of inbound calls
- Follow a consistent schedule and meet performance expectations in a metrics-driven environment
- Maintain a professional, quiet remote work environment and reliable internet connection
What You Need
- 1–2 years of prior inbound call center customer service experience (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage high-volume calls while entering accurate, detailed notes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused under pressure
- Technical aptitude and comfort using multiple systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft Edge)
- Ability to learn basic medical terminology (no prior medical insurance experience required; training provided)
- Reliable broadband or fiber internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload speeds
- Ability to work independently in a distraction-free home environment
