What You’ll Do

⦁ Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical roles (e.g., APRNs, MDs, RDs), including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across multiple states

⦁ Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using clinical networks, referrals, and targeted outbound outreach to attract top telehealth talent

⦁ Use Allara’s employer brand to position the company as a leading destination for women’s healthcare professionals

⦁ Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and data accuracy within the ATS to keep recruiting processes organized and efficient

⦁ Partner closely with hiring leaders to align recruiting efforts with clinical hiring priorities and headcount plans

⦁ Deliver a white-glove candidate experience that reflects Allara’s mission, values, and patient-first focus

⦁ Build and maintain strong candidate relationships, guiding them through each step of the hiring journey

⦁ Maintain healthy pipelines for current openings and future clinical hiring needs

⦁ Collaborate with the Clinical Talent team to ensure coverage, alignment, and smooth handoffs for onboarded providers

⦁ Monitor and report on hiring metrics, using data to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and outcomes

⦁ Stay informed on multi-state licensure and hiring requirements across specialties and geographies

What You Need

⦁ 2+ years of clinical recruitment experience hiring licensed healthcare professionals across multiple states

⦁ Proven telehealth recruitment experience with a clear understanding of remote clinical workflows and licensing nuances

⦁ Prior start-up experience and comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities

⦁ Expert sourcing skills, with the ability to go beyond job boards to find and engage top clinical talent

⦁ Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, including pipeline management, reporting, and data hygiene

⦁ Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset—you spot gaps and take initiative to close them

⦁ Strong communication and relationship-building skills, able to engage candidates with authenticity and care

⦁ Passion for women’s health and enthusiasm for contributing to a mission-driven clinical workforce

⦁ Data-driven and adaptable, committed to continually improving recruitment processes and results

Benefits
