What You’ll Do

⦁ Provide empathetic, patient-centered support via phone, email, and in-app messaging with timely and thoughtful responses

⦁ Act as a liaison between patients and providers, relaying critical information accurately and clearly

⦁ Guide patients through scheduling, telehealth access, and general questions about Allara’s services and care model

⦁ Communicate billing-related updates from the finance team to patients, ensuring clarity and support

⦁ Offer personalized assistance that helps patients navigate their care journey with professionalism and compassion

⦁ Maintain high accuracy when handling and relaying patient information across systems and teams

⦁ Surface patient pain points and share insights to help improve the overall patient experience

⦁ Stay informed about Allara’s evolving services and workflows to provide accurate, up-to-date support

What You Need

⦁ 1.5+ years of experience in customer support and/or patient-facing roles, preferably in a remote setting

⦁ Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle complex or sensitive conversations

⦁ Exceptional attention to detail and a calm, solutions-focused approach to problem solving

⦁ Confidence navigating multiple systems and working with sensitive data

⦁ Medical reception experience and familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems preferred

⦁ A quiet, private workspace with reliable internet to support confidential patient communication
