Schedule
- Full time, remote
- Training schedule: 3 days, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST
- Production schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. EST
- No weekends
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to members and customers for wellness checks, satisfaction surveys, reminders, and follow ups.
- Check in on recent interactions or services and address concerns before they escalate.
- Share important account updates or information in a clear, friendly way.
- Offer personalized recommendations or support based on member needs.
- Help resolve potential issues early by listening, deescalating, and finding solutions.
- Document all call details and interactions accurately in CRM systems.
- Track call outcomes and member feedback to support team and client goals.
- Provide insights on trends that can improve the overall member experience.
What You Need
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required).
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a calm phone presence.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to show empathy and patience.
- Ability to adapt to different personalities and situations.
- Comfort using CRM and computer based tools while talking with members.
- A patient, solution focused mindset with good follow through.
