What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned payer and audit customers.
- Manage the workflow, communication, and progress of Audit Line of Business contracts from start to finish.
- Communicate regularly with customers regarding project scope, data feed issues, metrics, and status updates.
- Collaborate with sales on customer agreement details and implementation needs.
- Generate, prepare, proof, and edit reports, documents, and spreadsheets tied to payer engagement and performance.
- Track key metrics and performance using company tools and report results to internal stakeholders.
- Own financial tasks related to the Audit Line of Business, including invoicing and collections.
- Attend and participate in client meetings, representing the organization professionally.
- Step in as backup for related responsibilities when needed to support the broader team.
- Follow information governance and HIPAA requirements, maintaining privacy, security, and compliance in all work.
What You Need
- College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated reporting skills and comfort working with data and metrics.
- Ability to type approximately 50 WPM.
- Strong task prioritization and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous Release of Information (ROI) or healthcare-related experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and professional client-facing presence.
- Commitment to confidentiality, compliance, and accurate documentation.
