Schedule
- Status: Full-time, remote
- Territory: Texas (up to 30% travel throughout the region for client meetings and events)
- General business hours, with flexibility for client schedules, association meetings, and trade shows
- Must be comfortable working independently in a remote environment while staying closely aligned with internal teams
What You’ll Do
- Own and grow a designated Texas provider territory, protecting existing revenue and driving new client acquisition.
- Identify, qualify, and convert prospects into long-term customers with recurring revenue streams.
- Build strong executive-level relationships with healthcare decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on Provider Solutions, compliance, and secure information exchange.
- Lead and execute sales campaigns from prospecting through close, including proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
- Collaborate closely with operations and client success to align solutions to client needs and ensure smooth implementation.
- Represent Sharecare at healthcare association meetings, industry events, and trade shows to expand market presence.
- Track all sales activity, pipeline, and results in Salesforce, maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
- Stay current on competitors, industry trends, and provider market needs to refine strategy and positioning.
What You Need
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a consultative, solution-selling environment (healthcare, SaaS, or related B2B strongly preferred).
- Proven success selling into complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Strong relationship-selling skill set with a track record of building and maintaining executive-level client relationships.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills (verbal and written).
- Comfort working in a remote environment, managing your own territory, travel, and schedule.
- Familiarity with SaaS delivery models, remote technology, and Microsoft desktop applications.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage pipeline and forecast.
- Ability to travel up to 30% throughout the Texas territory for in-person meetings and events.
