- Full-time, remote role
- Employees in the NYC area must report to the Manhattan office every Tuesday
- Collaborates closely with Strategic Sales Director and cross-functional teams
- Some travel required for client meetings, conferences, and industry events
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main client-facing owner for digital advertising campaigns in the Lifesciences division
- Lead client onboarding, campaign strategy, and execution across email, lead gen, display, video, and integrated programs
- Develop a deep understanding of each client’s ROI/CPA goals, audience targets, and marketing strategy
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (delivery, operations, media, CX, content) to deliver on client objectives
- Monitor campaign delivery and performance, making proactive optimization recommendations
- Use analytics and third-party measurement tools (e.g. Crossix, IQVIA, Comscore Symphony) to guide strategy and improve KPIs
- Prepare and present regular status updates and performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate on pre-sale proposals and media plans that align product capabilities with client needs
- Resolve client issues, manage escalations, and balance client expectations with Sharecare’s business goals
- Support accurate monthly billing and contribute to contract renewals and account growth
What You Need
- BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns in a client service role (pharmaceutical or healthcare experience preferred)
- Proven experience driving client engagement, onboarding new accounts, and improving campaign performance
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex performance and strategy in clear terms
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to make decisions and recommendations
- Ability to make timely decisions in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
- Collaborative mindset and genuine enthusiasm for digital advertising, client service, and business results
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
