Schedule
- Full-time, remote role within the United States (with optional hybrid schedule for candidates in the Chicago, IL metro area)

What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers focused on renewals, expansions, and upsells in the AMER mid-market segment
- Own revenue retention through a highly efficient renewal and expansion engine across your book of business
- Manage and grow Tier 1, high-priority customer relationships, joining calls to support deal strategy and closure
- Build and execute territory-level strategies to increase product penetration and expand Keeper’s footprint within existing accounts
- Partner with Sales, Customer Support, Product, and Marketing to align on goals, messaging, and growth initiatives
- Monitor client health using quantitative and qualitative data and proactively address risk or churn signals
- Optimize contracts and documentation supporting renewals and expansions
- Analyze team and pipeline metrics, forecast accurately, and identify gaps or opportunities for improvement
- Run regular 1:1s and coaching sessions, provide ongoing feedback, and drive a high-energy, accountable, positive sales culture
- Continuously refine sales processes and tools to improve efficiency, scalability, and win rates
What You Need
- 3+ years of experience as a Sales Manager leading quota-carrying teams
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS; cybersecurity or IAM industry experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding team sales and retention targets
- Strong knowledge of SaaS sales motions, including renewals, expansions, and upsells
- Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and using data to drive decisions
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and hold a team accountable
- Strategic thinker who can build territory and account plans, but also operate hands-on in the day-to-day
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment and find creative solutions to challenges
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
