Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Standard weekday business hours with some flexibility based on team needs
- Collaborate virtually with global support, IT, and leadership teams
What You’ll Do
- Respond to incoming client calls, chats, and tickets regarding product issues, service questions, and general account concerns
- Troubleshoot technical issues such as password resets, active directory problems, user migrations, and error messages
- Deliver onboarding and product training sessions for new and existing enterprise clients
- Communicate with B2B stakeholders, including high level and C-suite contacts, in a clear and professional manner
- Collaborate with support leadership to stay current on product updates, security features, and company policies
- Document interactions and update client records in Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Turn challenging customer situations into positive outcomes through calm, solutions focused support
- Juggle multiple tickets and priorities while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and service quality
What You Need
- At least 1 year of experience in a B2B support or enterprise customer service role
- Experience supporting business clients, including senior or executive level stakeholders
- Hands on troubleshooting experience with technical issues such as password resets, active directory, user migrations, and error messaging
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform
- Comfortable working with Google Docs and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong problem solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional, empathetic, customer focused style
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not strictly required if experience is strong
- Bonus: Experience with ServiceNow and strong technical comfort with smartphones, tablets, and computers
