The Treasury Services team supports the financial backbone of these plans by managing client banking setups, reconciliations, cash controls, and payment processes that keep everything running smoothly and compliantly.
Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote role
- Standard weekday business hours
- Must have reliable high-speed internet (cable or fiber) with at least 100 Mbps download / 25 Mbps upload
- Office work is computer-based with extended periods of sitting
What You’ll Do
- Perform monthly reconciliations of client accounts in Great Plains
- Set up new business banking (BPO and ASO) and make changes to existing accounts
- Maintain vendor records for print fulfillment and payment processes
- Support VCC/EFT implementation and ongoing operations
- Complete check tracer processes and Positive Pay submissions to prevent fraud and ensure accurate payments
- Create, document, and implement new treasury processes and workflows as needed
- Serve as a subject matter expert for daily Treasury Services operations and assist the team with day-to-day issues
- Lead training for new hires and existing team members on treasury processes and tools
- Collaborate with other internal departments to support accurate, timely financial operations
- Handle other related treasury and finance tasks as assigned
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 years of experience as a Treasury Analyst or in a similar treasury-focused role
- Experience with financial management systems such as Great Plains (or similar)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with Access and Power BI is a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
