Schedule
- Full-time role
- Fully remote within the United States
- Standard Monday–Friday schedule in a desk-based, computer-heavy environment
- Requires reliable high-speed internet via cable or fiber (minimum 100 Mbps download / 25 Mbps upload)
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main liaison between members, internal teams, and clients to drive timely claim resolutions
- Communicate claim status and outcomes via Outlook and other systems to members, agents, and internal partners
- Investigate open and escalated claims, advocate for members, and ensure payments are processed correctly and on time
- Manage and push failed claims over 10,000 dollars through the IPAO process until fully resolved
- Support and back up the Administrator team as needed on claim-related tasks
- Process fee claims for Case Management, Enhanced Case Management, HRA pharmacy claims, and other vendor fees
- Execute resolutions on claim issues, inform appropriate Allied teams, and own escalations through completion
- Demonstrate strong understanding of workflows and business processes for BPO clients to support service strategy
- Assist with ad hoc projects, reporting, and operational support as assigned
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or data entry role
- Group health insurance/benefits experience preferred; experience with medical claims is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
- Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and related software tools
