Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- 100% remote role
- Work performed on a computer with a reliable internet connection and headset for calls
- Requires availability during standard business hours (specific schedule set with the team)
What You’ll Do
- Provide high touch, personalized customer support to florist clients in both Spanish and English
- Answer questions and troubleshoot general and technical issues across Floranext’s products (websites, point of sale, and wedding/event tools)
- Communicate with customers via computer based calls, online chat, and email
- Calmly diagnose a range of basic technical issues (for example, browser problems, simple device/printer issues, or account setup questions)
- Listen patiently, empathize with customers, and guide them step by step toward a solution
- Help customers better understand how to use features so they can run their shops more efficiently
- Document key issues or trends and share feedback with the team to improve tools, processes, and training materials
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Native or near native proficiency in both Spanish and English
- Enjoy working with people and providing service with patience and empathy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a genuine interest in problem solving
- Comfort learning and working with evolving web based technologies and software tools
- Ability to stay calm, organized, and focused while helping customers through a variety of issues
- Basic computing comfort; experience with things like printer setup or remote support is a plus
- Interest or experience in the floral industry is a bonus, but not required
- Stable internet connection and ability to work effectively from home
