What You’ll Do
- Help manage a portfolio of healthcare customers and build strong, trusted relationships with each account
- Conduct regular business reviews and meetings (virtual and occasionally on-site) to understand customer goals and drive impact
- Provide consultative support to customers on how to best use Clarify’s analytics solutions in their operations
- Become a subject matter expert in Clarify’s platform and lead customer trainings and product walkthroughs
- Project manage your pool of customers to ensure they are receiving measurable value and progressing toward desired outcomes
- Analyze accounts to identify churn risk and proactively shape strategies to address service, adoption, or renewal challenges
- Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities and partner with Sales to highlight additional Clarify capabilities
- Collaborate closely with internal teams across sales, product, data science, engineering, and development to relay customer feedback and enhance the platform
- Produce clear, polished deliverables and communications for customers and internal stakeholders
What You Need
- Passion for improving healthcare and alignment with Clarify Health’s mission
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role such as customer success, consulting, professional services, or implementation (SaaS healthcare experience strongly preferred)
- 1+ years working with healthcare providers, payers, and/or life sciences organizations
- Strong project management skills; PMP certification is a plus
- Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced, and evolving environments
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail and quality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; advanced Excel, SQL, and/or SAS skills are a plus
- Ability to build strong relationships and foster collaboration with both customers and internal teams
- Energy, curiosity, and willingness to help build and grow Clarify as the company scales
