Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- 100% remote role
- Must have a stable internet connection and a computer headset for customer calls
- Core hours aligned with standard business hours (with some flexibility based on team needs)
What You’ll Do
- Provide high-touch, personalized support to florist customers in both Spanish and English
- Answer questions and resolve issues related to Floranext’s e-commerce, POS, and event tools
- Connect with customers via phone, chat, and email in a calm, patient, and professional way
- Diagnose technical issues (including basic computing tasks like printer setup or remote support) and walk customers through solutions step by step
- Listen carefully, empathize with small business owners, and help them use the platform to run and grow their shops
- Learn and adapt quickly as the software evolves, sharing feedback with the team to improve tools and customer experience
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Native or near-native proficiency in both Spanish and English
- Enjoy working with people and helping them solve problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort learning and working with evolving web-based and SaaS technologies
- Ability to empathize, listen patiently, and stay calm when customers are stressed
- Ability to calmly troubleshoot a variety of technical issues and explain solutions clearly
- Basic computing skills; experience with printer setup or remote support is a plus
- Experience or interest in the floral industry is a plus
