- Full time, remote role based in the United States
- Standard business hours with flexibility based on customer needs
- Mix of virtual collaboration plus potential on site customer visits as needed
- Works closely with Customer Impact, Sales, Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams
What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of hospital, health system, and payer customers and build strong, trusted relationships with each
- Provide on site and remote assessments and consultative support to help customers get value from Clarify’s solutions
- Lead and support recurring business reviews and customer meetings
- Become a subject matter expert on Clarify’s technologies and use cases
- Facilitate customer trainings and onboarding on Clarify’s products and workflows
- Project manage your customer pool to ensure adoption, impact, and retention
- Analyze account health, identify risk, and proactively drive strategies to address service or renewal risk
- Spot upsell and cross sell opportunities and partner with Sales to present Clarify’s broader capabilities
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Development to share customer feedback and improve the platform
What You Need
- Passion for improving healthcare and alignment with Clarify’s mission
- 2+ years of progressive, customer facing experience in healthcare consulting, professional services, customer success, or similar (SaaS experience strongly preferred)
- 1+ years of experience with healthcare providers, payers, and/or life sciences
- Strong project management skills; PMP certification is a plus
- Proven ability to thrive in fast changing, ambiguous, high pressure environments
- Self motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple customers and projects at once
- High attention to detail and ability to produce polished, high quality work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a consultative style
- Solid analytical problem solving skills; advanced Excel, SQL, and/or SAS skills are a plus
- Ability to build strong relationships and foster collaboration with both customers and internal teams
- Energy, curiosity, and willingness to contribute beyond your job description as the company grows
