- Location: 100% remote (U.S.-based)
- Typical hours: Standard business hours (aligned with internal teams and client needs)
Responsibilities
- Manage payer enrollments and revalidations, ensuring all are completed accurately and on time.
- Follow up on claim submission issues, ERA retrieval, and eligibility issues to keep revenue flowing smoothly.
- Assist with onboarding new clients, including payer setup and enrollment coordination.
- Build and maintain relationships with key client decision makers as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Support internal and external stakeholders with implementation questions and billing-related inquiries.
- Navigate Digitech’s software to:
- Run reports
- Review payment posting details
- Pull up and review individual claims
- Collaborate closely with project management, client relations, and billing teams to resolve issues and support client success.
- Track, organize, and regularly report on project status and progress across multiple clients and priorities.
Requirements
- Preferred: EMS experience and/or familiarity with medical terminology.
- Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and projects at once.
- Knowledge of lockboxes and ticketing systems is strongly preferred.
- Solid computer skills with proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to learn new software systems, understand workflows, and troubleshoot basic issues.
- Professional, calm phone presence with the ability to represent the company well with clients and partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly explain information and solutions.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and follow-through.
