Schedule
- Position type: Full time, remote
- Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST (one hour lunch)
- Work setting: 100 percent work from home
- Location requirement: Must reside in one of the following states
- Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, or West Virginia
- Home office requirements
- Quiet, distraction free workspace
- Desk, chair, and basic office setup
- Personal high speed internet with minimum 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload (no Wi-Fi only)
- Logged in and available to answer calls during scheduled hours
Responsibilities
- Answer high-volume inbound calls via auto dialer from potential clients seeking disability representation.
- Clearly explain representation and retainer documents so clients understand what they are signing.
- Walk clients step by step through electronic signature via text and email, including non-tech savvy callers.
- Persuade hesitant clients to complete and return required forms so their claims can move forward.
- Accurately document each call and update the system so the next call can be dialed.
- Maintain a friendly, professional phone presence on back-to-back calls throughout the day.
- Troubleshoot basic tech issues with clients related to opening, viewing, or signing documents.
- Perform other related administrative and customer support duties as assigned.
Requirements
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 2 years of sales and/or call center experience required
Skills and Qualifications
- Persuasive, confident phone presence with the ability to guide clients to complete representation forms
- Strong customer service skills with patience and empathy under pressure
- Tech savvy and able to explain e-signature steps simply over the phone, text, and email
- Comfortable handling a high call volume with back-to-back calls (hundreds per day)
- Independent worker with solid problem-solving skills
- Able to function in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Reliable, consistent attendance and time management
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
