They provide compassionate financial counseling in areas like personal finance, credit and debt, student loans, housing, disaster recovery, and bankruptcy education. Schedule
- Position: Full-time, remote
- Work Location: Remote, equipment provided by Navicore
- Regular Shift: Monday–Friday, 11:30 a.m.–8:00 p.m. EST
- Training Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. EST
- Training Dates: January 26, 2026 – March 20, 2026
- Rate of Pay: $18.41 per hour
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling primarily inbound phone calls (avg. ~30 calls/day, ~5 minutes each) in both English and Spanish.
- Listen to clients’ needs, answer questions, and take appropriate action to address their inquiries efficiently and accurately.
- Support clients enrolling in and maintaining their Debt Management Programs, including reviewing account information and communicating with creditors as needed.
- Provide additional support to clients via email, mail, and/or text when appropriate.
- Deliver consistently professional, compassionate, and solutions-focused customer service on every interaction.
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- At least 1 year of customer service and/or call center experience.
- Ability to sit for an 8-hour shift while using a headset to handle calls.
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when documenting client information.
- Clear, pleasant telephone voice and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to take direction, apply feedback, and work well in a structured environment.
- A compassionate, empathetic attitude toward clients who may be stressed or overwhelmed by debt.
